Winter (November 1 – April 30*) A 5% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.

*Holiday (December 20 – January 4) A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
