Hotel Policies

  • NO RESORT FEE
  • Check-in: 4 PM
  • Check-out: 10 AM
  • Pets: Not allowed
  • Children 12 and under stay free
  • Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking
  • Extra-person charge (12 years and older): $25 per night
  • Covered, underground parking is free in the summer for one car per reservation. In the winter parking is $25.00/day per car.

Deposit and Cancellation:

Winter Reservation Policy:

20% deposit is due within 10 days after booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date. $50 fee for cancellations made 46 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable.

Holiday Reservation Policy:

December 19-January 4. 50% deposit due 10 days after booking. Final Payment is November 1. $100 fee for cancellations made prior to November 1. Cancellations after November 1 are non-refundable.

Summer Reservation Policy:

One night + tax deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due at check-out. $25 fee for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date are non-refundable.

Wonderful place!

We've been staying at the Lodge Tower for 10+ years. The location is amazing, and the service is fantastic! The staff (especially the concierge) is so friendly and accommodating. The condos are gorgeous too! We can't wait to go back next year.
