Eagle County Public Health Order May 19, 2021
Rescinding the Eagle County mask order removes all local requirements for mask use, gathering and capacity restrictions, and physical distancing. State COVID-19 orders that will remain in place include limitations on large indoor events up to 500 people. Federal regulations still require masks when using public transportation, which includes ECO Transit and the Eagle County Regional Airport.
Residents and guests are reminded that the county is still subject to any statewide and federal public health regulations in place, including mask requirements in some circumstances and at certain businesses.
Our Approach to Cleanliness
Our in-house, professionally trained housekeeping teams are well versed in the highest standards of cleaning. Our housekeeping organization monitors industry best practices and provides ongoing training in the latest techniques to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness with products and processes.
• Products Effectiveness and Safety: When cleaning both common areas and residences, our housekeepers use high-quality products ensuring both effectiveness and safety.
• Surface Areas: High-touch surfaces are being cleaned with increased frequency. These include elevator buttons and panels, door handles, remote controls or touch screens, countertops, and shared lobby spaces.
• Common Areas: Our team is rearranging furniture in gathering spaces to promote social distancing between groups of travelers. Aesthetic items in our lobbies, such as decorative pillows on furniture may have gone away in favor of a cleaner environment.
• Guest Rooms: Each residence undergoes our rigorous multi-point inspection process to ensure consistency in the procedure. In our residences, you may see that throw-pillows and accent pillows have been removed. All rooms are triple-sheeted and duvet covers are washed between each stay.
Breakfast, Fitness Center & Pool
We have grab-and-go, pre-packaged breakfast items available in our lobby. The Fitness Center is open for guest use. Please bring your own towel, wipe down equipment after use, and continue to practice social distancing. The pool, hot tubs, and spa are currently closed with an opening date to be determined. Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Winter Season* (November – April)
A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival, less a $100 fee. Cancellations 14 days or fewer to arrival date are non-refundable.
*Holiday Week (December 20 – January 2)
A 20% deposit is taken for all reservations at the time of booking. A non-refundable final payment taken on Nov. 15th. There is a $150 fee for cancellations made before November 15th.
Summer Season (May – October)
A deposit of 1 night’s room and tax is due at the time of booking; final payment is due at check out. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit.
